MNAT is a great firm in Wilmington and I seriously considered it, but I ended up getting an offer in the region that was my first choice so took that instead. If you want Wilmington though, it is hard to do better.Anonymous User wrote:can i ask where you ended up? Also holding offer thereAnonymous User wrote:just released MNAT offer - good luck guys!

MNAT's reported offer rate suggests fewer people are "considered" for offers than one would think based on how many summers they hire.Anonymous User wrote:MNAT is a great firm in Wilmington and I seriously considered it, but I ended up getting an offer in the region that was my first choice so took that instead. Some summer's may have accepted clerkship's already and are not considered for an offer ATM

I'd ask around before accepting an offer there.Anonymous User wrote:Some summer's may have accepted clerkship's already and are not considered for an offer ATM

I've done my homework and talked to associates there. They all assured me that getting an offer is not an issue. One person who was considered did not get an offer a few years ago, but this was based on the fact that he was on the unique side socially and produced absolutely horrendous work. They said it was difficult to give him a pass with both things not going for him.

No offers I have heard have related to people being completely socially inappropriate or producing terrible work. I'm not sure it is really any different from any firm that does not guarantee 100% offers. I know they also have a good amount of 1Ls (3-4)

I had callbacks with Duane Morris and MNAT late last week. Anyone know what the usual time length is at these places between callback and hearing something?

A friend of mine just declined an offer from DM. I think it was last night (Mon). Could be that -- at this point -- they're waiting for responses before extending new offers.Anonymous User wrote:Was it recent or like 9 amAnonymous User wrote:Received a DM offer via phone today.
