Can any 3Ls speak to the "no news is good news" idea, i.e. if people are getting email dings and I haven't heard anything from that firm is that generally a good sign?

We don't necessarily know what it means, but I'd wager that it just means you're not an auto-reject. You'll hear from them soon enough.

Yes. Mine came Tuesday. There have been rejections too, so I guess they're holding some people.
