Think you've got a shot with all except Barack. If you're not bidding these offices at OCI or if they're not coming to your OCI, I don't see why you shouldn't give it a chance.

Well, they're very selective and only have about 3 SAs a year.

EDIT: Dropped all of them. Hopefully they'll reschedule. Anyone had to do this or know of others?

Quick question:

Got some preselects here but due to transfer orientation won't be able to attend (have been told in no uncertain terms that I have to go to orientation.) My school's offered to help reschedule the interviews, but should I go ahead and drop them before I've spoken to any firm about my situation?

My understanding is that bidding on the firms in OCI is a waste. They won't interview you twice

Your understanding is correct. I did 8 screeners at CCBA last year. The big advantage for me was not having to bid those firms at OCI.

Firm I interviewed with said they had no openings and just like to interview a lot of people to see if they find someone exceptional. Agency said they will be in touch with a decision, if and when the position is funded.

got CBs from 2 out of 6 firms interviewed with so far. so even though there was a lack of coffee at the fair, at least it paid off.
