You're probably right. I'm beginning to mix up all these firms by now.

East coast as in DC or NY?

Mostly NY, a little DC and Boston. Do you guys think firms will give out more callbacks later, or is it if you don't get the callback on the same day as everyone else then you are out of luck?

75% out of luck, 25% chance. I speak from experience.

That's rough. For NY at least, probably out of luck. I bid only on NY, and I don't think it's as easy as people keep making it out to be.

Yea i did NY and Boston and have heard very little so far. I know Foley-Hoag made callbacks and have heard rumors Goodwin and Choate did as well but really not sure.

Okay, so are we agreed that this is a bloodbath, or is U.Chi really moving _this_ slowly?

bloodbath = Confirmed. I know many people with above median grades with only 0 or 1 callback. I have only heard of a couple of people with more than three callbacks.

Crowell (DC)
Bryan Cave (DC)
Choate Hall Stewart

All CBs, all via phone.

I had 15 interviews and I'm at 6 CBs with a 178.5.

I don't post that to sound like an ass, only to add to the value of this forum (i.e. keep us all up to date, put individual experiences in context).

Checking NU, CLS and other threads confirms that it really is a sink or swim type of deal. Across the board, people have either nailed or been shut out out of OCI.

1 ding, radio silence from the rest. Is this normal not to hear anything from the chicago market? Or am I probably just waiting to receive dings in the mail?
