Same. I've heard of NU students getting their rejection e-mails. So maybe we're still in the running at least.

A lot easier to be rejected when the firm makes a glaring grammatical error in their letter (cough cough Covington)...

Anyone hear from Williams & Connolly, Foley & Lardner DC, or Baker Botts?

I went back to look, and then actually re-read it. No typos, but the interviewer actually personalized it. Kinda nice, at least.

I think I remember seeing some Foley Chicago CBs on this thread. Any dings so far? Also, any Chapman CBs?

I did Wiley at CCBA and haven't heard back. Not expecting a CB at this point, obviously.

Got dinged at Dechert DC via snailmail today. Oh well.

PRO TIP: When mass mailing, ensure that cover letters are addressed to the correct law firm. Also, double check that you're not sending your "I fu**ing love NYC because [insert bull***t here]" to a firm in another market. Doing either of the aforementioned will result in screaming, kicking, crying, and laptop slamming, perhaps all at the same time.
