12 interviews over thursday and friday - a mixture of good and bad. No callbacks so far. When should I start worrying? :|

Would it help? I guess it depends on how many of those interviewers have made callback offers already. There are plenty of interviewers that haven't made any calls yet - maybe you just have a lot in that camp - in which case worrying would be self defeating.

I think it depends on a number of factors, but I definitely wouldn't worry yet. If the firms/interviewers that you interviewed with haven't gotten back to people yet, then I wouldn't worry. If you've missed out on a couple that have gone out (basically got DINGed at firms), then maybe do some self-reflecting on your interviewing method/style/preparation. But then again, sometimes they come in waves. And there's no indication of exactly what you may be doing wrong. Just stay confident and bring your A-game to ever interview. I know that's vague advice, but I don't think anyone can assure anyone of anything yet. But we're a great class at a great school. Just hold your heads high and stay positive people! I've been so impressed with how incredibly collegial this entire experience has been and how nice everyone has been.

Great post.

If it makes you feel better, I know several friends without callbacks yet (I don't have very many either). Do some self-reflection of how you could improve (not because you are doing something wrong, but because you can always improve). But do NOT lose confidence. It's absolutely too early to do that.

Also, make sure you say hi to anyone you don't recognize if you have time :) many (possibly all depending on how many CLS peeps you know from last year) will be transfers, and they've all seemed really happy to have someone talk to them out of the blue.

is S&C's screener any different than others? I ask because it seems the screener is very important to S&C and that most who get CB will get offers so screener is the final frontier. What do they look for - what do they ask?

It's probably because all they seem to care about is GPA. Does anyone seem to know their GPA cutoff - 3.5, 3.6?

S&C screener seemed pretty typical to me. One partner and one associate in my case.

It's 3 years old at this point, but if this is still true, looks fairly standard?

At what point will it be appropriate to send an email to a firm we've gotten silence from, reemphasizing our interest?
Particularly for firms that we know have sent out email dings

Is this a credited move? I thought we just wait until we get a CB or a ding.

I think it would be very odd/inappropriate to reemphasize your interest.
