I mean, I have a really hard time believing this. If this is true and it's from a biglaw firm, you should at least send it in to ATL. You're a law student, they'll redact it and this firm isn't hiring you anyways.

I would if she didn't offer to be a resource while I keep looking, and told me to stay in touch in case something changes on their end. I mean nobody has to believe me, but I'm not making this shit up. It's way too close to finals time to be fucking around with stupid shit like this anyway.NinerFan wrote:I mean, I have a really hard time believing this. Poster PM'ed me, and the language of the rejection does hint at the poster's fairly reasonable interpretation.dailygrind wrote:sky7 wrote:I'd be pretty interested in seeing it.

Heh - fair enough. If I need 9k+ posts to earn TLS street cred, I'm inclined to think it isn't worth it.Anonymous User wrote:I don't know either of you and DG confirmed I'm not making anything up. Sorry guys/gals.
Best of luck to you, bro. I hope it all turns out in the end.

It's not whether you need street cred, I just need to recognize you as somewhat reputable on here so it doesn't get spread around without my consent.sky7 wrote:Heh - fair enough. Re: No Offers Yet- All Aboard the USS Worried
I need some advice. I still have a cb pending, a lawyer in the firm emailed me today and asked my job situation. Technically i do have a summer offer with a consulting company. Would it be wise to say I have an offer I have not committed to leaving out the fact that it is not a law firm?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
