Wake up this morning, check email: "Oh good, no bad news!"

Take shower, shave, come back: "Well that lasted long."

Does NU have a callback-to-offer conversion table based on past OCI's? Or is it also just a crap shoot like the screening process?

Not that I've seen. I'm not really sure how useful that would be anyway, since each firm is different and takes different sized classes every year, it would probably be too small a sample size to be useful for much.

No, they don't offer it. They of course have that information, but don't give it out. I know that HLS has a chart with all that info that they give out (though HLS doesn't give high/low/median callback info like NU does).

The information might be helpful in forming a bidlist, but at this point it has zero value. As DF noted in another thread and I will repeat here: stop reading the tea leaves. It honestly doesn't matter what the general odds are of getting an offer from a callback (or a callback from a screener) because that information has zero impact on how you should conduct your job search at this point.

We are going about this all wrong. We should instead be charging 1Ls for an analysis of their employment cycle and odds of success at various firms.
