I'm in a similar position. My GPA is slightly below yours (less than a tenth) at BU, strong ties, relevant WE, and lots of networking. I had more screeners but only 1 CB (I think because of GPA/WE, I was probably a middling candidate). I've been told from mock interviewers of all sorts (CDO, attorneys, etc.) that I'm a great interviewer and I worked to improve on anything they said to the point that they didn't have anything more for me to change (not that I'm perfect) - with a lot of screeners and only one CB, I figured interviewing was likely the trouble. I've been mass mailing as much as possible without any real bites. I've also been going more for my contacts, because I hadn't done that enough previously.

Also, I know it seems like a TON of people have offers right now, but considering most of our class does not get offers through OCI, I think it's more of a very vocal minority. (Plus, I keep hearing about the same ones over and over again.) I also know a lot of people seem to think I already have offers and I'm choosing between them (even though I've spoken with very few people and even then only generally). I know of others who people have assumed this of as well and they've confided that they also don't have anything.
