Ya, sounds like something strange is going on over there. Were you part of the Thursday night event or were you a regular, daytime cb?

Do you know when they got the offer? Many GULC folks didn't interview until this week, and W&C said they will not make any offers until they've interviewed all the recruits from GULC.

This is precisely what I was told - that GULC offers will not be issued until next week given that many GULCers didn't interview until this past week. I was told this directly from the firm (including partners and recruiting) and from others who've interviewed.

Yeah, because the people with their chins down have assumed that posture because of the offers other people have.

Sure, I understand that. My comment was more directed at earlier laments in the thread that many GULC offers hadn't been listed on TLS. I meant that as a school we're doing alright. I meant no offense to those still waiting to hear back; I wish everyone the best of luck.

Also, throwing up a Wiley Rein (DC) offer to the list - a friend just told me she received it last week.

It seems like most if not all of the students I know with offers are from the top 15%. How many students here got offers coming from the top 1/3 of the class or top 1/2? I don't think we did as well as we think we did at GULC =\ Also, if you are in the top 1/3 or 1/2, will you include which market you broke in to. Thank you!

Had offers in boston, nyc and dc from v50 kind of firms

I actually did the best in dc

top 10%, LR, all DC, offer at a V5 and a V10, still waiting on some

tougher market than I anticipated

I'm top 35/40ish. Had 5 offers out of 7 cbs. All nyc. Accepted an offer at a v5. Secondary journal.
