None of you have anything on my game. I just so happen to ghost-write for J. K. (insider nickname for Justice Kennedy, not that any of you would know) and I pretty much wrote Obergefell in one draft. He liked it so good he published it. I wrote it all in one all-nighter too lol.

To those unpleasantly surprised about the results of their interviews, I highly recommend doing a bunch of practice interviews NOW. I did about 5 over the summer and improved dramatically. Find people who will give you honest, insightful feedback (hire a pro if you have to) and get it right before your next real ones.

Shearman, Ashurst, and Herbert Smith (all NY) CBs yesterday. Shearman and Herbert Smith were last night though, so I bet they're still coming in!

W&C "CB" (JB) that wasn't really a CB because I got it through an email that email refers to a call I was supposed to, but never did, receive. This happen to anyone else?
