These offers are a bit stale, but thought I'd throw my hat in just in case it's helpful to someone as a data-point in terms of timing-expectations:

Fried Frank--CB 1/6; Offer 1/8.
Debevoise--CB 12/21; Offer 12/29.
Milbank--CB 1/15; Offer 1/20.

Oh no, really? I have an upcoming callback and in the email for scheduling they said they were interviewing through March 2021

Theyr definitely still doing callbacks. Don't see why they would continue if this were true.
