I've given up. I'm gonna take my one cb and take very very good care of it

Berkeley law alum here. Keep your head up and do your research. Project confidence and go into the interviews pretending like you have 5 cb's, not 1. They won't know. I had 2 CBs and got 2 offers. If you present well and show you've done your research on the firm/practice area, that goes a LONG way.

Still on ice for most of my firms, but here's what I've heard so far. I'm litigation/IP focused.

Callbacks:
MoFo (SF): 1/12
Kirkland (LA): 1/14
Kilpatrick (SF): 1/20 (technically outside OCI)
Venable (SF): 1/20

(I don't recall the exact dates for all the dings. I received most of them b/w 1/15 and 1/20.)

Yeah you should reach out as it's been a week

(But typically Cooley sends offers a couple of days after CB so I would just manage your expectations)

I’m in a similar position with a peer firm. It’s so hard to know with these small class sizes whether offers have gone out or they haven’t notified anyone. I’m assuming the former and may be presently surprised by the latter. That said, I think emailing is a good idea if you’re coming up on deadlines for other offers
