Not West/Central or TTA, but my offer for FSO ICTA in NYC is 125k base + 10k bonus.

Re: TIP/TARE Tax LL.M 2021
I had 10+ screeners with a good mix of Big4 and law firms (including both mid-size and biglaw) and have not heard back from law firms except one whereas all the Big4 (at least the positions I interviewed) results are already out... are the law firms just moving slower than Big4 or should I start looking elsewhere if CBs are not scheduled by now? This year is definitely yet another oddball and I am not sure if I can gauge the overall sentiment out there from this thread.. It seems law firms are really quiet and I'm not sure if it's just me. Any thoughts?

Re: TIP/TARE Tax LL.M 2021
I'm still waiting to hear back from 4 law firm screeners. I've heard back with a CB or rejection from all Big 4 screeners. My guess with law firms is that they move much slower because they each have one spot and will pursue very few CBs at a time so they don't waste a bunch of attorney time. I'd guess that every law firm that interviewed at TIP has decided whether to move forward with at least 1-2 CBs at this point and whether more will come out later seems dependent upon how evenly those CBs are distributed among the applicant pool. If every firm is pursuing the same 5-10 people, more CBs may shake out later. Or maybe firms will just try again next year - who knows?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Mar 18, 2021 11:54 amI had 10+ screeners with a good mix of Big4 and law firms (including both mid-size and biglaw) and have not heard back from law firms except one whereas all the Big4 (at least the positions I interviewed) results are already out... are the law firms just moving slower than Big4 or should I start looking elsewhere if CBs are not scheduled by now? I only interviewed with biglaw and I am kind of disappointed with results. One ding and the rest silence. I am uncertain whether that means they went with other candidates or are going to wait longer before moving forward.

Thanks for chiming in. I think they won't make any offers until all the CBs, at least in your service line, are done. EY NYC TTA is 125k + 15k bonus, conditional on a two-year commitment. Not sure how that transfers to central but hopefully it provides some context.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Mar 17, 2021 3:27 pmHas anyone gotten EY offers and willing to give me salary info? Anyone receiving higher offers from Big 4 accounting firms than $125,000 base plus $15,000 signing bonus ? Especially for WNT , San Francisco/SV, or NYC ?
How many employers collected resumes for TARE ? How many were law firms ?
How many employers collected resumes for TIP ? How many were law firms ?
Thank you in advance to all who respond.

For those who got offers from Big 4 for 125k + 15k, did you get an additional bonus for passing the bar? If so, how much?

Kind of surprised starting salary and bonus are still pretty much the same as they were a few years ago but with COVID maybe not.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
