Does anyone know/have a guess as to what day MLB hiring committee meets?

I'm guessing late Monday or sometime Tuesday, since I had a CB on a Monday and a rejection later dated that same Tuesday.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone know/have a guess as to what day MLB hiring committee meets?

Pretty sure MLB meets on Mondays... (rejection letter dated that day)
Has anyone heard from saul, richards layton or potter anderson who has done a callback in the last week or so?

Rejected from Drinker on Friday, 10 days after my callback interview. Which means I've officially struck out in Philly and WilmingtonAnonymous User wrote:Updates, comrades?

Has anyone done a LOCI after a CB? Is it a good idea? And if so, what do you say?

I would just send the holding another offer but I prefer you email. Just two or three sentences. So far only one response to it which isn't a good sign, but it's what I've been doing

Re: Philly and Wilmington CB/Offer Tea Leaves
I'm waiting to hear back from them. Interviewed this week. Not looking forward to it. Is it me or are the callback conversion to offers hard to come by in Philly. Way more ppl I know are getting rejections than offers there.Anonymous User wrote:Post CB ding from DM - came two weeks after CB via snail mail.

I'm not sure - I've had a decent number of CBs in Philly (strong ties, T20, top 25%) but it seems like class sizes in Philly tend to be much smaller.... Thus, they are taking their merry ol' time.
I think it's more of a slow turnaround in this market than anything.

stats don't matter after a CB - it's about personality and connectionsAnonymous User wrote:Oh man literally identical stats--guess i can cross this one off too.Anonymous User wrote:Anonymous User wrote:I'm waiting to hear back from them. What would you suggest? I understand that when you have another offer it creates leverage and the clock starts ticking on when you need to accept. Open to thoughts on why its not good to say this
