What market were you targeting? I hear the South moves particularly slow.

Definitely keep working, but don't panic.
It's great if you got a CB offer within a day or two, but firms move at different paces.

Even if OGI doesn't work out for you, it's not the end of the world.
I have a friend who didn't get an offer through OGIs, but ended up getting a summer job from a V25 firm (DC office) around winter.

Not to deflate anyone, but just to provide some insight: there are a lot of NYC offices that have given out CBs that are not on here, in addition to a handful of DC. Not going to post so I don't out myself but I think conventional wisdom holds true: NYC and usually DC callback very fast. Don't know anything about secondary markets but definitely do not wait around the next couple of weeks for callbacks, start hustling hard if you have a low number of CBs

You can post the firms over a few separate posts using the anon feature without worrying about outing.

Everyone of you should be mass mailing until you have an offer. Don't assume that any # of callbacks is safe even if you did well at the screeners. In addition, schedule your CB's as early as possible especially if it is a firm where UVA isn't well represented.

This happens but is atypical. It also requires the V25 screwing up in some capacity. They do not like recruiting for their SA program through the winter. In all likelihood, someone bailed on them. Don't panic because panicking is worthless, but hustle. The work you do now is like the work you do the month before finals. It's much more valuable than the work you do in two months from now.

On CB to Offer timeframes, my experience was that the smaller summer classes move much slower. They're much more careful in making these offers, and at my summer firm it seemed that there was some effort put in having the summers be relatively similar to each other in terms of personality and hobbies. Just because one firm gives same day offers doesn't mean you're in trouble if you've waited a week.
