So what can we assume if we haven't been contacted by one of the dings out no reports of call backs?

Tough to say. I actually am in a similar situation from another consortium right now (DC firm). Best guess is that you made some initial cut, but that you still won't necessarily get a callback. I would take it as a good sign, though.

The firm(s) said they'd get back within 48 hours, so...I guess I'll be checking my phone all day tomorrow :/

FYI, I think you forgot Davis Polk on your list.

Ty for putting it together, btw.

No the firm(s) I'm referencing that has dings out, but has not contacted me either way.

I had them as DPW, but changed it to Davis Polk for clarity.

So...Schulte and/or Paul Weiss. The math actually changes a lot depending on which. If it's Schulte then you're in decent shape; if it's Paul Weiss then you might be on some sort of waiting list.

For me:

Callback with Kirkland (phone call yesterday around 5:30 pm), Davis Polk (e-mail last night just after midnight), Blank Rome (e-mail today around mid-afternoon), and White & Case (phone call today around 4:15 pm).

Thanks, but no thanks from Paul, Weiss (e-mail sometime today).

Haven't heard anything from anyone else.
