I didn't write to any of the interviewers but still got an offer.
I wrote thank you notes. I sent them via email, and a couple responded. I am still waiting to hear back from DPW (CB was only a day or two ago), but I had at least one interview where I felt the interviewer went above and beyond what a normal interviewer does so I really wanted to send a note. She was really candid with me about her time at the firm (hours worked, how happy she is, etc), more than anyone I've experienced yet, and I really appreciate that.

Offer today. Callback was roughly 2 weeks ago. I guess long periods of silence really don't mean anything with this firm ...

Have there been cases where people who did their callbacks around the same time received offers on different days? I'm trying to figure out how much of a death knell it is for me if I don't hear anything back this week.
