Re: Columbia Law School 2012!
After a brief email exchange with housing, they say it's fine to live in graduate student housing with a person of one's choice so long as I make the situation clear.
The housing application website states the following:
"New Student: If you do not have a username and password, you can obtain one from the Housing Liaison of your school. Typically, this information is sent along with the acceptance package materials, along with your PID number. "
However, I never recived a PID number when I recieved my acceptance package. How do I go about recieving one? Do I get one when I send in my deposit? Thanks.

I didn't receive the PID number in the acceptance package, but a week after I got (and I'm assuming you did, too) an email from CLS titled "Housing Information" - they give you a username, password, and PID#. Check through your old emailsDavidMorales wrote:After a brief email exchange with housing, they say it's fine to live in graduate student housing with a person of one's choice so long as I make the situation clear.

Yeah, intramural sports. Idk what sport yet, but I can only semi-competently play volleyball, soccer and softball in that order, so probably one of those.yqsong wrote:im team? as in intramural team? which sport are you guys talking about?booyakasha45 wrote:Something awesome, but I have no idea yet, any suggestions?frank_the_tank wrote:booyakasha-

Re: Columbia Law School 2012!
ok, so I'm researching my computer purchase and I'm a little confused. I'm buying a mac and I know the CLS exam software requires boot camp. Does that mean I need Vista installed too or just the boot camp program? I've never used bootcamp....

How long did it take for them to charge the deposit to your card (for those that did online deposit). I did mine yesterday, but nothing on my card yet. Do they take a day or two to process it?

Hiya fellow future lions, quick question:
I can't find the housing application, did it come in the mail?? I've got all the mailings, the blue binder, and all the other stuff, but I can't get my hands on that housing form
Y'all know which packet it came in or what it looks like? Is it available online?
The deadline is Friday, so I appreciate the help

I think someone had said earlier that we can both deposit and fill out housing online.saveferris2785 wrote:Hiya fellow future lions, quick question:

Log in here: http://www.law.columbia.edu/login?globa ... ed_home%3F
For deposit instructions, click "Enrolling at Columbia" (small black text on the left column).
The housing instructions are strangely hard to find from the Accepted Students Page. To find them, click the "enrolling at Columbia Link," then click "Housing Information" (upper right corner of the page).
