Thanks...may I ask why you opted out of the whole study group scene? I tend to get easily distracted so that's why it may not work for me.

I just didn't think it was really my thing. A couple times I'd study for exams with people, but throughout the semester I just felt like I'd work better on my own and didn't want to have to coordinate schedules and stuff.

I did not have a study group throughout the semester, but I felt that I had a very effective one during finals time. We would meet to discuss questions, issues and go over our answers to practice exams. Listening to other people's perspectives about exams helped me consider issues that I might not have thought of on my own. Then, on the real thing, those conversations would come back to me and I felt my answers were more well-rounded than they would have been.

I might. Anyone know what the climbing wall is like? We have one at OSU, and I got myself hooked on climbing. I would like to know the quality of the climbing wall before I sign up for a year long pass.

I got the fitness plan sans climbing wall, but I'll probably end up adding it just for the hell of it. Does anyone know the nearest gym to the law building (besides that inexplicable squash court)

looks like the noyes center, but the (only?) pool is on the north campus, yuck. I'm with spike, the island-whatever looked best to/for me.

I'm excited, but more than a little nervous - I'll be leaving a job that I've had for 11 years! It's strange to know that I'll probably only see my coworkers 29 more times in my life.

Being home is terrible. I graduated a month ago and I'm already wistfully going on about my "old college days" and dispensing dire warnings to my underclassmen friends telling them to cherish it ala Billy Madison.

I got it today. Is everyone invited? or they just select a few? The wording of the letter is kind of funky.

i have no idea if the law school is sending funky sounding letters to me..im half way across the world...
now i have to go get someone to check for me.. humph..
do we have to rsvp? or is it just a 'show up at your leisure' kinda thing?

I got the impression that it was only for "diversity" students...but I'm just glad for the stipend...life saver (even if it is minuscule)
