The pizzas from Bar appear to be very popular from everything I've read, but personally I can't get enthused about a pizza topping that I don't even enjoy on its own (mashed potatoes? really?).
However, I am excited about the prospect of New Haven style pizza (or "apizza" as Wikipedia describes it). I just hope they have shakers full of garlic powder, oregano, pepper flakes, and cheese like in NY pizza joints. When I moved out west (Arizona) I was horrified by the lack of garlic powder. One place in Tucson (named, appropriately enough, "Brooklyn") obliged, but that was about it.
Coming back from Mexico I am going to have to break my pizza de chorizo, poblano, elote, pico de gallo, y salsa de habanera habit. I suppose a dousing of Frank's will be a passable substitute.
