So long as you have indicated where your funds are coming from in your documentation, and have applied for those loans/scholarships, etc., GU should not worry you with the tuition, regardless of due date. When you get your bill, see if there is a pending credit to your account for the requested funds (or, it'll say "Expected Aid" or something to that effect). If that is there, you are okay. More importantly, look at "Current Amount Due" on the bill. If it's more than 0, and your loans supposedly covered that sum, then get in touch with them.
When the bill comes, of course. It's not on Student Accounts online yet, either.

Section assignments and schedules are up! We don't get our small sections until August 26th, but it's still something new and exciting!

...Civ Pro first semester?
I'm taking Civ Pro first semester?!?!
Civ Pro before Torts?!?!?
That's a bullet to the brain if I ever needed one.
With Property and Contracts, it seems. What a strange, strange Fall 1L combination. I didn't think it made much sense to take on Civ Pro before Torts.
Section Four is, uhh, interesting to say the least. Classes on Friday, too...there goes my dreams of a three-day weekend.

Section 3, very sad about 9AM class on friday.... anyone know if there are study guides for curriculum B or if standard commercial study guides would be at all helpful?

Aww man, it looks like they divided all us TLSers into separate sections. How will we organize our TLS study groups?
And I'm feeling a tad better about Civ Pro...at least I'll get it over with in time for an easier second semester.

Yay class schedule. I just wish they would get rid of that letter on the front of the accepted student site! When are most people moving to DC, if you aren't already there?

Section 1 here, no Friday classes in the spring. I glanced at the schedule, saw the big block of classes on Mondays in the fall, and thought "I have to take Constitutional Law three times in one day?". Then I realized that there were different sections. I'm going to fail out of school.

Haha, I did the same thing. "Oh wow... that's a lot of Torts. I guess I'm going into civil litigation, then. That was nice of them to choose that for me."jschuyler wrote:Section 1 here, no Friday classes in the spring. Re: GULC '12
same here. fall schedule looks unfortunate, but spring seems good. no class friday, and MW should be easy days for me since i already have a solid introductory knowledge of con law and i'll just choose an elective that looks interesting and not super difficult. if fall and spring were flipped i would be pumped though.bluehen wrote:section 4. fml. civ pro and property.

FML!
Anyone want Section 3 who did not get it?
When did people fill out the curriculum forms? Was it a mandatory form, or did you have to dig through the Admitted Students Website to find it?
I 'thought' I remember doing so, but now that I didn't get it, i'm afraid I didn't.

Yay!!! I got section 3! (I also got that erroneous email that told me I was in Section 1, so I had a momentary flip-out while I read on my iPhone until I got to my laptop to check the Admitted Students' Site). So fall semester's kinda harsh, particularly Tuesdays and Wednesdays (looks like I'll be hiring a dog-walker for those days, c'est la vie), but spring is pretty effin' sweet!
Broncos, I know my roommate REALLY wants Section 3. I will check with her today to see if she got it, and if not, I'm 100% sure she'd switch with you.

section 4 here. So section 3 is the B section? I thought you had to request it to get into it?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
