Not just for law school students... Undergrads come to our gym as well =(sluggo wrote:Please don't ruin this otherwise cool thread with needless hating.
On a lighter note, I was really impressed with the ls gym considering that it's just for us. I was expecting something smaller and older. The fact that it's a 30 second jog from most places on campus is going to be crucial for those hard-to-motivate winter workouts

Yes.... If we weren't going to be friends already, Laura, we will be now!laurathenerd wrote:You guys can all come and use my kitchen. I hate cooking (when I was in Scotland, I ate pasta with pesto sauce and a can of corn for dinner practically every night, for 3 and a half months), and I'm always willing to be friends with people who will make me food.
I'm with you when it comes to cooking. Using the microwave and boiling water are about as domestic as I get, so I won't miss my kitchen much. But I've had my own apartment for five years (two in UG and three after) so while I wanted to live in the dorms around other law students, I knew there was no way I could go back to sharing a bathroom with 20-30 people.laurathenerd wrote:You guys can all come and use my kitchen. Uh, it must be the opposite for me. When I'm stressed, I go crazy baking and cooking, and then I try to pawn off all of the food on my roommates/neighbors.crazy_zoologist wrote:Really? Fixed...I really shouldn't be up this late.
I'm with you, jpaul. While I don't bake, it sometimes feels good to focus your attention on making something. Also, it feels good to be able to share a meal with friends and loved ones.jpaul09 wrote: Uh, it must be the opposite for me.
