If it's anything like the ASW, there'll be copious alcohol and not a lot of food. Not that I have a problem with that.

I assume that Columbia is busy accrediting our loan applications currently, and will be sending out emails for the online loan "interview" to everyone soon enough.

Haha yeah i still haven't received anything on housing yet...

The e-mail they sent me said my loan info couldn't be processed because I hadn't completed the interview yet (umm..of course?) and I hadn't requested an amount for Stafford loans. Like I'm going to need less than the max( and I had already put 20,500 on the financial aid questionnaire they gave us...jerks).

I really hope my lack of email doesn't reflect some deeper problem in my current loan process status...

on a more positive note, I am so excited for two months from now!

Me too! How long did it take for other people to receive their assignment after getting the e-mail? I am way too anxious about this...

did you request Lenfest on your application? I'm getting nervous they're going to put me somewhere else.

Aw, you requested Lenfest? And I always dreamed of us in a Lionsgate share together, the floor covered in empty wine bottles. Sigh.

As I recall, I actually said that I was ambivalent regarding studio/apartment-share and what building. I put that I wanted to pay below a certain price and be within a few blocks of the law school. Anyway, I am happy with my assignment (my bank account, slightly less happy).

AHHH I hate you.

Although by the theory of nagging parents, I should be hearing soon as well.

When was your "Approved" e-mail sent? I still haven't gotten mine. :(

My housing offer came with the name and email address of my roomie, who I've now gotten in touch with. It turns out he's moving in two weeks later than me, which seems a green light for two weeks of parties.

Whoa, that is really early. I'm spending two weeks back in Sydney, so I won't arrive until August 11. We can drink every night after that, though. I'm bringing my liquor collection with me, in case you're running low by that point.

Lem- are we the only two here who haven't gotten housing yet? How long should we wait before checking to make sure we weren't forgotten/there is a problem?
