Orientation for PT students begins on August 10. For FT students it begins on August 17. I believe classes begin on August 24. I thought PT students started classes on a different date, but another poster looked to the binder and confirmed all classes start on August 24.

I don't have the binder with me either, but, if I remember correctly, it said that we have a few days of "Legal Process", whatever that means, and some homework.

Alright, the binder doesn't provide much detail.

August 10 - Orientation for 1st year evening students: 5:15-8:30pm

August 17 - Orientation for 1st year day students 9:30am-1:45pm; Orientation activities 2:00pm-5:00pm, Legal Process, 1st year day students

August 24 - Classes begin for all students

I got the letter about 6 weeks after getting the email, and I got the binder about 5 months after getting the email.

I will go out of my mind if this happens to me. Will they think I am crazy if I return to the admissions office in an attempt to collect these items? The dean said my binder was in the mail, but I am experiencing a very large patience fail.

I stopped in at the admissions office to ask for my binder and they gave one to me right away. By the way, I wouldn't really call it a binder. It's more of a.... booklet.

Out of curiosity, is anyone else saving their admission letter? I want to preserve mine somehow, when it finally gets here, but framing it might be slightly over the top, even for me.

Opera, I got my binder like a week to ten days after I got in, but it was sent to my permanent address in Boston not my address in NYC.

I will seriously be asking my mom to fedex it to me overnight if that happens! When is our orientation, though, and when do classes actually begin? I am still dancing on clouds over this, btw. I don't think I've ever been this happy... about anything!

Damn, I wanted to participate in "orientation activities". Guess us evening students get the shaft. Probably icebreakers and stuff. lol. I wanted to play "two truth's and a lie"

Haha. I guess I wasn't the only one who didn't get the binder and the official acceptance letter... but that's ok. I still love Fordham. =D
