I got my acceptance letter from Michigan last week! I'm not positive yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll end up there. I'm staying at my parent's house near Detroit for a few days this week, so I wanted to go tour the school, but the whole campus is closed until 1/5 :(

Yeah, I'm gonna spend a day there next week. I just wanted to see the library and stuff while I was there. I've been to AA many times, but it never hurts to get a refresher course :)

The reading room is probably closed too. Sorry:/

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the RR is closed next week. If you go to the library's website, you can check for sure.

I was just in there yesterday, showing it to my parents, who are in town for Christmas, and it was filled with huge boxes. I'm pretty sure they're the light fixtures. In case you haven't noticed, this whole semester we've just had dangling light bulbs in there.

LOL yah they were unsightly; but then again, I try my hardest to avoid the reading room.

I spent the day in Ann Arbor today. As expected, all the law buildings were closed, but I got to walk around the quad, and it was gorgeous. I totally loved the whole atmosphere. Also wandered around downtown for a bit, which is always fun. I become more convinced that Michigan is the right choice every day.

Yeah, hopefully the March one, assuming that it doesn't conflict too badly with school.

Both of the weekends are pretty unfortunate timing for me, but I really want to make it.

I saw some people wandering the quad at 3:30. I wondered if they were prospies.

Anyway, good day to walk around. The weather was relatively good considering the last week.

The power was out at my house in Detroit because of the winds, so I figured today was as good a day as any to spend walking around aimlessly outside.

I also got a "Michigan Law" tee shirt on sale at the bookstore for only $6. So it was a pretty good trip overall, lol.

I had a tremendous Jimmy Johns today. Perhaps I saw one of you? I think TLS should go to Pinball Pete's one day. Maybe after an ASW? Is it cool in there? Anyone been?

If that's the arcade on South U, it's decent. It's best when you're drunk....and going as an intermission from one bar to another bar.

It was on State, across from Redhawk Bar & Grill where we ate lunch. Can't remember the name of the store though.

Gargh, just got my CivPro reading assignments; classes every Friday! :x (on the plus side, no class on Monday, so I can sleep a little later on Sunday (class is at 8am)).

law and development.

I was psyched that they didn't use my priority! I guess it's true that they only take your priority if they actually use it.
