He is really cool, I enjoyed talking to him. Does anyone know if they have student interns working in the admissions office at UVA? I know they do it at some schools.

Has anyone been able to link their UVA email to a blackberry or iphone without forwarding it to your personal email? I'm guessing that b/c of the netbadge login it's not going to work to directly link it to a BB...but I might be missing something.

Re: UVA Class of 2012
I opted for the gmail option and I have it linked to my iphone as a gmail account. I'm not sure how I did it, because I set it up in mac mail and when I synced my iphone, it synced the settings.AllAmericanGirl wrote:Has anyone been able to link their UVA email to a blackberry or iphone without forwarding it to your personal email? oh yeah i called fin aid:
1) They don't offer any grants. If you didn't get a scholarship letter you're getting NO free money from them.
2) They're hoping that the fin aid packages will be out by the end of this month. Some ppl may have gotten theirs (ED ppl who sent in fin aid info really early) but the vast majority will not until mid to late April.

Re: UVA Class of 2012
Change of plans, I'm actually not going to be attending UVA this fall.
I had already sent in my deposit, and was about to sign a lease, when I opened my e-mail just now and found out that Case Western Reserve University School of Law is still accepting applications. When I sent in my seat deposit to UVA, I just naturally assumed that it was too late to apply to Case, but now that there's still a possibility of getting accepted there...
Anyway, I'm grateful that Case has continued to bombard my inbox with their e-mails. Otherwise, I may have never known that I can still apply to Case. It has been nice knowing all of you, and I wish you all the best of luck at UVA.

Got the same e-mail and I will also be withdrawing. The tough part will be changing my screen name to JSCASEWESTERNRESERVEUNIVERSITYSCHOOLOFLAW2012.

Re: UVA Class of 2012
I've already replied to three of their e-mails telling them that I am not interested, and they've never responded. I'll try not to lose my patience, but if I get two mails in a single day from them again (it's happened a couple times now), I will probably e-mail the person in charge of admissions.
"I am attending another law school this fall. I am not interested in attending Case. I will never be interested in attending Case. Please leave my inbox alone."

I didn't get that email, but I suspect that that kind of incident happens everywhere. I live in NYC and have heard of these incidents as well. I doubt it's anything about UVA: dumbass bigots live in all corners of the world.YCrevolution wrote:Anyone else get this email today (at UVA email address)?

Yeah, they generally send emails when things like this happen to give students a heads up.legends159 wrote:I didn't get that email, but I suspect that that kind of incident happens everywhere.
