I am considering applying to law school and am currently prepping for the LSAT.
However, I just recalled that I was charged with solicitation when I was young and dumb but got it expunged since it was my first (and only) offense. Unfortunately, I do not know the exact statute which I was charged with. My question is whether or not I have to answer yes on law school apps when asked if I have ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor? My instinct is no but I have read otherwise so I offer the question up for discussion. What effect will this have on my acceptance chances? Thanks!

Re: FL expunged record - would it affect my application?
Some schools ask about expungements and some don’t.
Some states prohibit schools from asking about expungements and require they specifically say not to disclose expungements.
So no blanket answer on whether you have to disclose. If you do disclose, Whether it affects your application depends on how long ago it was and how bad it was.
