I'm a college senior looking to apply for next cycle. Current LSAC gpa is 3.90 and am hoping to maximize my chances for T3.
I'm taking the last course for my minors track in mathematics and dropping this course will almost guarantee that my current GPA will remain as is; getting anything lower than an A risks moving it down to 3.89 but getting an A might bring it up to 3.91, which is possible even without that course. Am I being overly protective for dropping my minor? Thanks.

Re: Worth dropping a minor for gpa?
Do whatever makes you comfortable.
My concern is that you are focusing just on the Top 3 law schools and setting yourself up for disappointment by setting unrealistic goals prior to earning an actual LSAT score.
Why are you focusing just on Yale, Stanford, & Harvard law schools ?
