LSAC Unprocessed Transcripts for EDO Forum

I took a break from applying to law schools (this pandemic sucked) and just started reapplying. There's an EDO deadline on the 8th of February however, one of my community college transcripts has been sent but is not processed yet and I am nervous that it won't be in time for the deadline. Can I submit my application before this transcript is processed since everything else is done?

Do not apply ED anywhere, especially not American.

Call LSAC re the transcript. I forget if they let you transmit an application if you're missing transcripts.
