Chances at T14

Post by law28910 » Tue Dec 08, 2020 2:11 pm

First time post, long time lurker.

I'll keep things short:

1) 3.8 GPA from top 50 US undergrad
2) Masters in Economics with distinction from a top UK university (Think Oxbridge/LSE)
3) GRE 330/340

Do you think it's worth it for me to take the LSAT to improve my odds at T6 or should I just go ahead and apply as is?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I'd strongly recommend taking the LSAT. GRE admissions are a bit of a black box, but what we've seen so far indicates that they're mainly being used for applicants with advanced degrees and/or a few years of experience in non-traditional fields (e.g. someone with a science doctorate).

Since that doesn't apply to you, you're rolling the dice and cutting off options by not taking the LSAT.
