Which volunteer activities impress law schools?

According to a recent US News article, the volunteer activities that stand out the most to law schools include those that demonstrate leadership and initiative, taking responsibility, building community, and legal interest. With that in mind, what are some volunteer activities or programs you can think of that meet some or all of these criteria? Let us know!
