Utah Law School's "Achievement Fellowship Program"
Utah Law School’s BYU and Utah University have just announced a collaboration with local leading law firms to create the “Achievement Fellowship Program”. In this program, students will receive full-tuition awards and access to mentorship activities that will attract, recognize, and support students who have qualified for admission to law school in the face of significant challenges or hardship. Does this new program change your perception of these Utah law schools?

Couldn't this perversely incentivize prelaw students to experience hardship?
