Segregated law school applications

Post by tlsadmin3 » Tue Sep 29, 2020 7:09 pm

Would you like your application to be seen better by law schools? At the University of Calgary (Canada) the law school admissions process has changed for their Black applicants, the process is supposed to help those applicants be seen better. Do you think it is fair to have a different application process based on your skin color? Do you think this new application process is going to come to the United States law schools?

Personally I am more curious about the official TLS position on this important issue
