My professor told me that he can not submit his letter of recommendation for me. When he enters the reference number, there is always " This request has already been acknowledged. If this was not done by you, contact LSAC." And I did. The LSAC staff told me many ways: 1. resend; 2. get help from LSAC tech; 3. use the specific browser such as chrome. All three ways don"t work. I have no idea how to do next. Maybe print and send it by post？OMG. This drives me crazy.

Why can't you re-send? I'd start by trying a different email address.

Actually I have re-sent for several times which I can not remember. And I searched for this and found some solutions used by others：Tell my professor to change another new e-mail. Is this what you want to tell me in your words？
