HELP: typo in ps for reach school

Post by Babehyunee » Thu Dec 19, 2019 6:08 am

Hi everyone! I am an international student applying for LLM. Just found out that I had made a mistake in my PS for reach schools. I wrote 'a LLM' instead of 'an LLM'! I'm freaking out right now. Will that be really detrimental?

This isn't even that incorrect - a reasonably charitable reader will see "a Latin Legum Magister," which is perfectly good English.

I didn't even realize it was supposed to be "an LL.M." I'm sure I've said/typed "a LL.M." numerous times by now...

I get so conflicted about writing "a/an LSAT" that I end up spending way too much time editing my posts to avoid using the indefinite article at all.
