That's the somewhat odd phrase that appears next to the names of two recommenders on my LSAC page. Even though I know they've both received the link I sent for the electronic filing of the letters. (An account has to be created, with a password and security questions and so on).
I'm going to assume that both have the link but simply haven't gotten round to creating the account and uploading the LOR document. Reasonable assumption?

Yes. If your applications are ready to go aside from the letters, you can poke your letter-writers and indicate that you have a specific deadline (i.e. "I want to get my applications in by this Friday"). Unless you give them a deadline, they're unlikely to move quickly.Dipsychus wrote:I'm going to assume that both have the link but simply haven't gotten round to creating the account and uploading the LOR document. I told them by the first week of December. I'll send them a gentle reminder. Third recommender is using snail-mail. Apart from that, I'm pretty much ready to Send in a few days (proofread proofread proofread).cavalier1138 wrote:Yes.
