Is it too late to send a "Why X" to NU?
Hello all! I just submitted a lot of my applications, including ED to Northwestern. I have a 169 and a 3.9 GPA from a top 20 school. After submitting, however, I now feel like maybe I should have added a Why Northwestern statement to my application. Would it be worse for me at this point to email an additional essay and request it be added to my file? I submitted applications a few days ago. Thanks in advance for all advice!

Applying ED suffices to demonstrate your interest. I wouldn't bother at this point but it wouldn't hurt either, assuming you have a good Why.
