Background: I had a legal internship at a federal agency in 2016, it was great, they gave me a rec letter at the end of the summer and I've held onto it since then.
The problem is, the election of 2016 then occurred, Trump appointed some new people, and I have no idea how to get in touch with my old boss (as he no longer has his govt email).
I still have the letter, so I imagine all I would need is to send it to him and he could then send it to LSAC (I think the paper LOR is a headache but fine). But I'm not sure how to contact him, and the other supervisor I had at the agency hasn't responded to my email so I don't think she works there anymore either.
Lol. What's your advice, internet?

LinkedIn? Google?
If he left government service and went back to the private sector, the internet has made it pretty hard for people to hide...
