Character and Fitness - License Suspension for speeding? Forum

So my applications say "exclude minor traffic violations" under character and fitness.

When I was 16, I was pulled over for speeding. Since I was still 16, the officer gave me a hearing. At the hearing, my license was suspended for 6 weeks and I opted to take a drivers ed course to reduce it to 5 weeks.

So, do I need to report this? I know speeding is a minor violation but does it change since my license was suspended?

I dont want to seem like Im trying to hide it but I also dont want them to think I didnt read the description that explicitly states to exclude minor traffic violations...

Disclose. Suspension is beyond minor and it is always better to disclose when in doubt. Your law app will follow you to the bar, better to get it all out now.

Doesn't matter. Disclose. This will have absolutely no effect on whether you get accepted into law school. But not disclosing will be devastating later on for your CF bar app, especially if they find out you didn't disclose earlier.
