Extension Grades LSAC GPA

I took an online course through an university's extension school and this course was used to fulfill one of my class requirements to complete my undergrad degree. However, this course does not show up on my bachelor-degree granting university's official transcript and also the grade was not factored into my GPA. In this case, would I still report the grade I received at the extension school to LSAC when requesting transcripts?

I assumed so, but wanted to clarify with anyone who might be aware of this situation. Thank you!
