Hi there.
I am struggling to choose between UMinnesota Law and William&Mary, both offered me with comparable scholarships.
Although Minnesota has a higher ranking and a preferable location for me (as of now), it appears that the employment locations of W&M is more diverse. In contrast a overwhelming number of graduates from UMinnesota are employed in Minnesota.
Because I probably will not to choose to stay in Minnesota after graduation, I wonder which one is the better choice.
Any advice?

I am neither from Virginia nor Minnesota. I intend to work somewhere in the east or west coast.Keilz wrote:Are you from Virginia? Where do you want to work?

Aim for the best school that places in your intended area of work where you also can get a good scholarship. Those schools are primarily local. I went to wm for undergrad and even that was focused heavily on DC and Virginia.yuytoutou wrote:I am neither from Virginia nor Minnesota. It sounds like you need to think more about where exactly you want to work and choose a law school that gives you the best chance of getting there. But Minnesota definitely sounds like an awful choice.
