Hello everyone! I recently got my LSAT, and I scored a 165 (was PTing from 168-175, so this was a bit disappointing). My GPA is a high 3.8x, and I'm a senior at Princeton. My dream schools were Harvard and Columbia, and I know that a 165 is too low, so I do plan to retake 1-2 more times.
Your advice is crucial here because I'm trying to figure out whether to submit this score along with applications now as a placeholder for the February test (assuming that I can bump up to the low 170s), or simply wait until next cycle to apply (and re-take in June/September). If I did pull a 173 in February, would H/C have already auto-denied me because of the 165?

Wait a cycle and apply early. Harvard and Columbia will only care about your highest LSAT.

Thanks for the response! But, to clarify, would I be an auto-reject with a 165 before my February score came in?

Schools generally won’t consider a February LSAT for this cycle, so yes you’d likely be an auto reject with your 165.cooljoe96 wrote:Thanks for the response! But, to clarify, would I be an auto-reject with a 165 before my February score came in?
