How Badly Do My C&F Issues Hurt My app?

So i got 3.65 undergrad gpa and 169 lsat. C&F wise I got two underage drinking write ups from school with no serious punishments freshman and sophomore year. The bad part is I made the dumbest mistake of my life during senior week and took some molly and ended be hospitalized, so yeah pretty shitty timing wise I know. I dont have any charges or arrests. Basically how badly does this hurt my chances of admission for this cycle applying to most of the top 25 + Fordham and GW and what should I do?
