are nondegree seeking transcripts after 1st bachelors required for admissions?

I took human anatomy and physiology after receiving my first bachelors degree and got an F. I graduated in 2013 and took this course at another university as a non degree seeking student in 2016. Do i have to submit this transcript to law schools?

Yes you do but it won't matter. Maybe write an addendum though.
