Will any top law schools hold it against you if you're registered for a future LSAT but ask them to review your app anyway? I read an anecdote today from someone who said he was waitlisted at schools because of this.

I'm confused. Do you already have an LSAT score with a planned retake? Or is the future LSAT your first take?

I have an LSAT score that I'm happy with and should be good enough to get me accepted into a lot of schools I'm interested in. However, I'm currently registered to retake in December (even though I may not actually sit for the exam)

You probably won't get decisions until after the December LSAT scores come out (unless you're already over the LSAT median)
