Anyone know?
Also, a question about the order of LORs. If you designate a professor as your third recommender "L3" will they see that in the email sent to them? I don't want my prof to think he's just a 3rd choice.

No professor will care in the slightest about being 3rd choice. Like, not remotely. They are exceedingly unlikely to find out, but they will absolutely not care.
