LSAC Fee Waiver

Anyone know what they base it on? Income, savings, etc?

I know it's based on income and probably savings and all that other stuff. Not exactly sure. I sent my parent's joint 1040 and a proof of nonfiling from the IRS. I'm sure there are more details on the LSAC website.

Was the IRS prompt in returning your nonfiling letter? It took a whole month before I got it back and even then I had incorrectly filled out something so I think I might just need to write an appeal directly to LSAC...

It took roughly two weeks for me. Granted, the regional IRS office that mailed it to me is in the city I live in.
