LSAC Fee Waiver
Anyone know what they base it on? Income, savings, etc?

I know it's based on income and probably savings and all that other stuff. Not exactly sure. I sent my parent's joint 1040 and a proof of nonfiling from the IRS. I'm sure there are more details on the LSAC website.

Was the IRS prompt in returning your nonfiling letter? It took a whole month before I got it back and even then I had incorrectly filled out something so I think I might just need to write an appeal directly to LSAC...ljalba wrote:I know it's based on income and probably savings and all that other stuff.
