HELP PLEASE!!

Hello,
I am currently a senior in college and plan on applying to law school this fall. However, even though I am walking this spring I will not receive my diploma until the end of summer because I am taking two courses in order to meet the amount of credits I need to graduate. Since I have to take summer classes, can I still apply this fall and take my summer classes, or do I need to send in my transcripts by spring?
