Waitlisted: Paying deposit to other school? Forum

I would like to wait until the last day, but the day to deposit to other schools come earlier.
If I submit the deposit for other schools, would it affect the decision??

No. It's normal for waitlisted people to deposit elsewhere.

I would if it's pertinent as part of your LOCI (if you started a new job, for example).
I wouldn't annoy them with a lot of minor updates.
